Adobe brings Photoshop to Gemini, Acrobat to Claude

Adobe has put Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Express and Firefly tools directly into Gemini on every subscription plan, in a global rollout that began September 24, per Adobe. Separately, the Adobe plugin for Anthropic’s Claude and Claude Code gained Acrobat for the first time — joining Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Lightroom, InDesign, Adobe Stock and Firefly to pass 80 tools — with new PDF features including redaction, page reordering and an interactive editor. Adobe’s post does not say whether using either integration requires a paid Adobe Creative Cloud subscription on top of a Gemini or Claude plan.
