Microsoft's search and Copilot stack, plus Webmaster Tools — often first to ship AI-visibility data for site owners.
One item. Microsoft added four AI-performance capabilities in preview to Bing Webmaster Tools in June 2026 — Intents, Topics, Citation Share and Compare — extending its AI Performance reports toward citation-level visibility data. That makes Bing's console the only first-party citation-share reporting on this record; Search Console's generative-AI reports give impressions and clicks, not citations. Everything else is thin. The wire carries nothing from Microsoft on Copilot's answer behavior, no measure of Bing's own share of AI answers, and no comparison of the preview's numbers against third-party estimates.
