Reader Revenue Manager now distributes content into AI Mode and Overviews

Google has redesigned the Reader Revenue Manager homepage and expanded where subscriber content can appear: readers who subscribe or contribute through the tool can now see a publisher’s content carry a “From your subscriptions” distinction on AI Mode, AI Overviews and Gemini, not just Search, Discover and News as before, per Google’s own Reader Revenue Manager page. The updated page also adds an “Advanced features” comparison matrix covering tools like 5-Step Pricing, Metered Read, Bundles, Subscription Linking, Rewarded Ads and Newsletter Signup, per Search Engine Roundtable.

Why it matters: Publishers who sign up readers through Reader Revenue Manager now get a direct distribution line into Google's AI-generated answer surfaces, extending a subscription-visibility feature that previously stopped at traditional Search, Discover and News.
